RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Machine Foreman shall direct the efforts of machinists in the vertical & horizontal boring mill and l lathe departments.
- Will need to interact with planners, other foreman and occasionally customers.
- Machine Foreman will help machinists with set-up as needed and monitor their progress throughout the job.
- Communicate scope of work to machinists along with preparing appropriate tooling.
- The candidate will need to work a 10-hour shift.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a High School Diploma
- The Machine Foreman should have prior experience as a machinist with strong shop math skills.
- Understanding reading of blueprints and work plans (routers).
