RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Maintenance Manager must be able to investigate, study and troubleshoot problem areas, and offer potential solutions.
- Must be able to oversee and directs equipment installation and repairs.
- Must understand hydraulic, pneumatic, electro-mechanical and electronic processing, packaging.
- Must be able to hire and train maintenance staff as and when required.
- Must ensure all the inventory related to maintenance equipment etc. is in place.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 8+ years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Must have experience working in hydraulic, pneumatic, electro-mechanical.
