Responsibilities:
- Handle wiring, rewiring, electrical repairs and electrical troubleshooting
- Will manage the maintenance staff and oversee all maintenance of production equipment and facility and grounds. Will work to ensure the reliability of all equipment and ensure that proper safety practices are in place accordingly
- Heavily involved in PLC and other control system, repairs and other related control system designs
- Identifying parts needed for repairs and stock
- Following safety protocols
- Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems on machines and infrastructure as needed
- Installing new equipment
- Managing the preventive maintenance programs
Requirements:
- 5 years of Maintenance Management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Highly skilled in electrical controls
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, logic drawings, wiring and pneumatics
- Proficient in PLC controls and programming
- Familiar with OSHA regulations
- Six Sigma Certified
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
