RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Maintenance Manager must oversee all Maintenance Employees including managing, training, delegation of duties, scheduling, coaching and repair/rebuild of production equipment,
- Must maintain high quality standard by enforcing policies and procedures.
- Keep supplies ready by ensuring adequate stock; place orders, verify receipt.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environments by following company protocol and with legal regulations.
- Must maintenance team projects, ensure enough manpower and productivity.
- Must streamline work orders and projects through fully leveraging Plex and communicate reporting needs.
- Must contribute to production maintenance information and recommend plans.
- Must have an action plan and implement production, quality and customer-service standards.
- Resolve problems (if any), complete audits; identify trends; implement changes as necessary.
- The Maintenance Manager must forecast financial objectives, prepare annual budget, schedule expenditures; analyze variances and take corrective actions, as necessary.
- Must ensure to preventive maintenance requirements by organizing and repair of malfunctions, coordinate schedules with production planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The Maintenance Manager must hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Must have a minimum of 10 + years of manufacturing-production experience in maintenance from a tools forging background.
- Must have 8+ years of team management experience from a similar background and oversee all Maintenance staff are responsible for all tools.
- Must be able to read blueprints and schematics.
- Must know to use a variety of tools and diagnostic devices to service and install electrical parts.
- Must have strong project management skills.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills; strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The Maintenance Manager must work onsite, do overtime and be willing to work on weekends as per the production need.
