RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the department of all quality, safety, delivery, and financial aspects, budget control
- Ability to work on machines and oversee teams
- Understands Fanuc and Siemen controls, single and twin spindle CNC machines, preventative maintenance, safety policies, machine installation and ISO/TS standards
- Oversees the staff and is responsible for onboarding and continuous training
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technical field of study, or related field
- The Maintenance Manager understands Fanuc and Siemen controls, single and twin spindle CNC machines, preventative maintenance, safety policies, machine installation and ISO/TS standards
- Minimum of 10+ years in a manufacturing environment
- 10+ years of experience in Maintenance on equipment
- 8+ years of managerial experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
