RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Maintenance Mechanic must ensure that all the preventive maintenance are complete on all the machines in a timely manner.
- Reduce downtime by informing the production workers on important information.
- Assist in installing and relocating shop machinery and equipment.
- The Maintenance Mechanic will prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting and analyzing the information and trends.
- Document all inventory levels and prepare inventory reports.
- Fabricate repair parts by using instrumentation and equipment needed for the job.
- Other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic within a manufacturing environment.
- Must have experience working on CNC machines.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic devices.
- Can use basic power tools and other instruments.
- Must be able to work an 8 hour or 10-hour shift.
