RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Maintenance Mechanic assist in installing and relocating shop machinery and equipment.
- Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting and analyzing the information and trends.
- Fabricate repair parts by using instrumentation and equipment needed for the job.
- Reduce downtime by informing the production workers on important information.
- The Maintenance Mechanic must ensure that all the preventive maintenance are complete on all the machines in a timely manner.
- Document all inventory levels and prepare inventory reports.
- Other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working on CNC machines in a manufacturing facility.
- 2+ years of Maintenance Mechanic experience.
- Can use basic power tools and other instruments.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic devices.
- Must be able to work an 8 hour or 10-hour shift.
