RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain equipment functionality
- Perform repairs on production equipment
- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance
- Perform repairs on freezers
- Adhere to all safety regulations
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Operate/troubleshoot plant machinery
- Maintain FDA regulations
- Uncover areas to implement improvements
- Troubleshoot food production equipment
- Maintain cGMP
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma required
- Ideal Maintenance Mechanic will have minimum 3 years’ experience
- Familiarity with food production desired
- Experience within manufacturing environment
- Experience with freezers desired
- Willing to take a drug screen and background check
