RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must organize parts and tools before PM in order to execute work orders quickly and efficiently.
- Must inspect and replace mechanical components including gearboxes, chains, belts, bearings, pneumatic and hydraulic components, drive assemblies, and other mechanical components.
- Must complete project work to include welding, cutting, grinding, machine installation, organizing and inventorying parts, moving machinery, and building maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma/GED or College Degree is Preferred
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Must have experience in repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical drive systems.
- Strong Electrical and PLC troubleshooting skills, and able to demonstrate each of those abilities.
- Strong Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Mechanical troubleshooting skills and able to demonstrate those abilities.
