RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to resolve complex issues on manufacturing equipment
- Must call in after normal hours to assist shift maintenance resolve complex issues if assistance is needed.
- Must proficiently diagnose complex machine and process issues with the equipment, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and controls.
- Must understand complete set up of critical machine settings.
- Must analyze process issues and understand how to resolve by repairing or adjusting to factory OEM specifications.
- Must properly charge parts to the correct work order and cost center.
- Must analyze the breakdown to understand how to prevent reoccurrence.
- Must observe the operation of all equipment for issues that might cause breakdown or loss of efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environment
- Must have experience in troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical drive systems, and electrical controls.
