- Responsible for providing overall leadership for the Maintenance Department
- Ensure the highest level of workplace safety and full compliance with environmental permits, government regulations, and corporate policies.
- Liaise with Production departments to maximize equipment availability.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective preventative maintenance programs, and collaborate with senior management on equipment and technological changes
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in a Lumber or Wood Manufacturing Industry
- Supervisory experience a must
- Proven ability in safety management, leadership, and development skills, with strong organizational capabilities to adapt to changing business conditions.
- Extensive experience with CMMS and preventative maintenance programs, supported by a background as a millwright or electrician, or equivalent experience and education.
Salary: $120K-$160K
