Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical. We have a nationwide client base and offer services in temporary and direct hire placements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mentor and oversee team of maintenance personnel
- Ensure accurate inventory levels
- Assist and answer questions from maintenance personnel
- Maintain personal tools
- Utilize electrical knowledge including PLC’s, sensor replacements, sensors functions, etc.
- Assist with training new staff
- Repair process fluid transmission
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics
- Monitor and troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and food safety practices
- Interpret and explain mechanical drawings
- Perform repairs on cylinders, electro-pneumatic solenoids, pneumatic valves, etc.
- Perform repairs on pumps, air cylinders, motors, etc.
- Maintain reports and communicate with various departments
- Conduct process monitoring on pressure, flow, temperature, level
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or related field required
- Ideal Maintenance Supervisor will have minimum 5 years’ experience
- Must have experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Leadership experience
- Experience working on pumps, motors, transmissions, etc.
- Ability to work flexible hours (including night shift or overtime)
- Must be willing to undergo background check and drug screen
