RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute a range of maintenance tasks including analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and servicing, using instructions, diagrams, prints, specifications, and other relevant data.
- Evaluate and interpret preventive maintenance data, documents, and reports.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure equipment meets application requirements and recommend necessary modifications.
- Plan, conduct, or oversee straightforward troubleshooting and testing, and prepare work orders for maintenance staff.
- Engage in investigating technical issues and developing procedures and corrective actions to prevent future problems.
- Oversee and manage all maintenance processes and operations.
- Monitor daily expenses and manage the maintenance department budget.
- Develop and implement procedural improvements.
- Implement and manage MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-10 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance, specifically in Blow Molding.
- Preferred degree in manufacturing or a related field; high school diploma or GED is required.
- An equivalent combination of education, experience, and demonstrated achievements will be considered.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems maintenance.
- Proficiency with 3-phase 480V industrial electrical systems.
- Willingness to learn MRO practices.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to write reports.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
