Responsibilities:
- Implementing cost effective maintenance to keep the facility operational
- Coordinates staff and team to install, troubleshoot plc equipment, inspects, repairs, and maintains the electrical, mechanical, and other related systems.
- Works with different departments to ensure the facility is operational.
- Be knowledgeable of lockout tagout, OSHA, FDA, AND GMP requirements as they pertain to maintenance activities at a food processing facility
- Schedule maintenance and installation of equipment to continuously improve operations
- Makes work schedules, direct workers to perform ground maintenance such as cutting grss, raking leaves and trimming hedges.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree, High School, Trade School, or military training
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Must be flexible to certain hours
- PLC troubleshooting and programming.
- Must have Poultry experience
