Position Overview:
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee shift operations and manage direct reports. The role involves maintaining systems and equipment through preventive maintenance, repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Maintenance Supervisor will lead safety initiatives and ensure adherence to company values.
- Analyze and schedule work requests, PM tasks, and work orders to support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) goals.
- Develop and maintain preventive/predictive maintenance (PM) database for all plant assets.
- The Maintenance Supervisor will operate and manage SAP for planning, scheduling, and reporting KPIs.
- Provide weekly work schedules to maintenance staff and coordinate with supervisors for efficient completion.
- Collaborate with the Stores manager to manage parts inventory and reduce waste.
- The Maintenance Supervisor will maintain technical documentation for plant assets and update as needed.
- Oversee staff development, performance monitoring, and problem-solving activities.
- Ensure safe and efficient task execution and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace while managing operational costs.
Qualifications:
- The Maintenance Supervisor must hold a technical degree
- Must have 3-5 years of maintenance experience
- Must have 3 years of supervisory experience.
- The Maintenance Supervisor must have strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Leadership and multitasking abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 5%
