Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on various equipment and systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical drive systems, and electrical controls.
- Must have, or possess desire and ability to learn rapidly, extensive controls experience including PLC, Servo Drives, VFD’s, and process controllers
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Ensure all machinery is up to working standards
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Design all preventive maintenance programs
- Resolve all maintenance issues
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- 2 plus years of manufacturing industry experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills
- Proven experience as maintenance technician
- Extensive knowledge in a variety of mechanical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to supervise a team if required.
