RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate needed budget for materials
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Repair CNC machinery including hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, etc.
- Utilize hand and power tools
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Utilize MS Word and Excel when needed
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenanceÂ
- Maintain inventory log of parts pertinent for equipment maintenance and functionality
- Locate spares to eliminate equipment downtime
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctionsÂ
- Maintain knowledge of in stock materials and report needed supplies to supervisors
- Perform production equipment repairs
- Communicate with external vendors
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ideal Maintenance Technician will have minimum 5 years’ experience
- Must have preventative maintenance experience
- Machine shop experience preferred
- Extensive experience with CNC machines (turning and milling experience)
- Must be vaccinated against COVID19
- Willing to take a drug screen and background check
