RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and repair all production and plant equipment.
- Carry out line and equipment changeovers.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues during production runs.
- Foster a collaborative environment through open communication, brainstorming, and shared learning experiences.
- Strong serpentine conveyors (rubber/fabric, plastic interlocking), rotary and linear liquid filling machines, spindle and semi-auto belt cappers, check-weighers, blow-offs, PLC's, heat sealers, fabric winder/unwinders, bottle unscramblers, and gravity feeders to name a few.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED, along with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience with high-speed packaging, processing, or manufacturing machinery.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining professionalism and respect for others.
- Strong technical aptitude, capable of applying basic electrical and mechanical principles to hands-on challenges.
