Responsibilities:
- Repair all production and plant equipment.
- Execute line and equipment changeovers.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues during production.
- Foster teamwork through discussion, brainstorming, sharing experiences, and learning from one another.
Qualifications:
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent education and related experience.
- Must have 2 years of Maintenance experience required.
- Must have experience in packaging, manufacturing, electrical and processing is essential.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to read a blueprint
- Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
