RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs routine maintenance for residential units
- Repairs and installs equipment
- Follow company policies and procedures and maintains a safe working environment
- Ability to work all shifts including
- Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or trade school
- 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic
- Understanding of residential maintenance and HVAC
- Must be able to perform emergencies maintenance jobs
- Perform general and preventive maintenance duties
