Responsibilities:
- The Maintenance Technician must be able to perform general maintenance duties like plumbing electrical, HVAC and housekeeping under the supervision of the manager.
- Must be able to manage the day-to-day work order system operations to include assignment, communication with customers as needed, verification of completeness.
- Must be able to train the new employee as per company polices and guidelines.
- The Maintenance Technician must be responsible for managing daily donations area and assisting Volunteer Team with training volunteers.
- Must be responsible for on-site storage management of Facilities Team areas.
- Must be able to troubleshoot facility needs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in the maintenance field.
- Must have extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC functions.
