RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the proper working of all systems in the facility to maintain optimal production flow.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment as needed.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to all company policies and safety guidelines.
- Assist in ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
- Monitor product quality and perform routine quality control checks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols in a food production setting.
