RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs routine maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment such as boilers HVAC and centrifuges and other equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment related to fermentation and blending.
- Follow company policies and procedures and maintains a safe working environment
- Ability to work all shifts including
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Communicates with the quality control department to work on new projects and other departments to let them know about defective equipment
- Be able lift of 50lbs and work in hot and cold environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience as Maintenance Mechanic
- Food, beverage and pharmaceutical experience (preferred)
- Perform preventative maintenance pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical
- Must be able to read mechanical drawings
