RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to provide daily support and respond to emergencies and resolve issues.
- Must provide input and support for the design, installation, and upgrade of instrumentation and control systems.
- Must be able to execute complex projects to provide support to maintenance and engineering.
- Must troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance and calibration on equipment/systems/skids and processes.
- Must approve individual system components: pumps, fans, instruments, motors, etc.
- Must schedule and forecast medium sized projects with two-three disciplines.
- Other assignments as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician within a Pharmaceutical environment.
- Must have high level knowledge of electrical I/O, instrumentation, VFD and electro-mechanical controls.
- Must have great understanding of understanding of industrial safety (LOTO, Confined Space Entry, Working at Height).
- Must have the ability to the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Must have strong Project management skills.
