RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on industrial machinery, including but not limited to conveyor systems, pumps, motors, and production equipment.
- Maintains production equipment meeting organization standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies needed for equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification in industrial maintenance is a plus.
- Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and maintenance software.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
