Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update standard work for production lines or other areas of operations
- Lead kaizen events to implement lean practices across an organization
- Understand and apply the basic concepts of Lean thinking
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions to identify root causes of problems and develop countermeasures
- Collect and analyze data to support decision making
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project results
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lean developments and best practices
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Proven track record of leading and implementing successful process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience with Lean process improvement
- Previous experience in a medical manufacturing company preferred
