Responsibilities:
- The Manufacturing Cost Accountant will be responsible for the coordination of cost accounting and reporting activities.
- Establish labor overhead rates.
- Provide support for periodical inventories and cycle counts.
- Reviews assigned business' operating profit and loss results to established plans, standard costs, and previous actuals.
- Assist with monthly statement closings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- The Manufacturing Cost Accountant will have at least 5 years of accounting experience.
- 2 years of manufacturing industry experience.
- Knowledge of Epicor or equivalent manufacturing ERP system.
- Communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
