RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager must manage the maintenance department and preventative maintenance activity.
- Must take initiative for safety of the site overall and become an integral part of machine maintenance and preventative action.
- Must be responsible for guiding and coaching the maintenance team members.
- Follow OSHA guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager must hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance field.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in continuous flow manufacturing.
- Must have 5 years of supervisory experience managing a team.
- Must have strong electrical proficiency and use of ISO/IATF Quality System
- The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager must have strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, as well as experience with maintenance, and industrial manufacturing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices, and a commitment to promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.
- Project Management experience preferred.
