Responsibilities:
- Need to make sure that all safety, quality, and production requirements are met.
- Keep track of everyday performance and concerns.
- Maintain the equipment on a regular basis.
- Encourage teamwork by discussing it, brainstorming, drawing on your experience, and learning from one another.
- Maintain consistent machine production to maximize daily output, working alongside the production team to solve and troubleshoot all difficulties
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Must have at least 2 years of Maintenance experience.
- Must have packaging, manufacturing and processing experience.
- Must able to do multitasking
- Good understanding of Electrical and Mechanical principles.
