Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a production team to meet plant goals.
- Foster positive relationships through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Oversee daily production, adjust resources as needed, and ensure safe working conditions by addressing safety concerns and conducting audits.
- Ensure quality standards are met and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with plant leadership on efficiency and safety initiatives, partner with maintenance to minimize downtime, and coordinate with support teams for smooth operations.
- Manage staffing, attendance, and make recommendations for hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of Manufacturing experience.
- Must have 2+ years in leadership with a proven ability to achieve results and develop teams.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
- Highly reliable, with excellent planning, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Skilled in driving improvements, coaching others, and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
