RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Manufacturing Supervisor must be able to provide regular and timely reports and interpretation of results to the Production Manager.
- Must be able to manage the planning and designing of methods to improve or enhance existing programs and processes.
- Must be able to determine and oversee schedules, production requirements and headcount to determine the most cost effective.
- Must be able to hire and train new employees.
- Must effectively conduct team meetings.
- Must follow company policies, cGMP’s, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Must be able to perform any task relating to the operation of the manufacturing department as requested.
- Other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor within a Pharmaceutical environment.
- Must be Bi-lingual (Spanish)
