RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for daily supervision of the manufacturing workers.
- Must be able to train new manufacturing employees.
- Responsible for daily scheduling of products to be made, considering inventory levels, raw material supplies and product shelf life.
- Must coordinate with the Manufacturing Manager to identify, investigate, document, and resolve raw material and product quality issues.
- Must generate and maintain Manufacturing Department documentation.
- Other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in the related field.
- 3+ years of experience working as manufacturing supervisor.
