RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Share with the sales team the goals, deadlines, and deliverables of the campaign, along with usage and promotion guidelines.
- Assist the vice president of marketing and business development in creating and assessing marketing strategies by putting together sales projections, defining goals, planning promotional events, and scheduling calendar updates.
- Keep track of all sales collateral materials, making sure they are accurate and up to date, and arrange for the manufacture of additional materials as needed.
- Assist the vice president of marketing and business development in organizing trade fairs, meetings, events, and conferences by determining the needs, making connections, creating timetables and assignments, and managing mailing lists.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent experience.
- Must have 2+ years of Marketing Coordinator experience.
- Must have experience in using Data Analytics software and marketing software.
