RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Marketing Manager will analyze and interpret data for sales use with customers.
- Work with vendors and cross functional partners to design promotional materials, proof sources and sales tools.
- Manage P&L for pricing, budget, forecasting, bid and other financial goals.
- Work closely with the sales department on new opportunities and selling efforts.
- Recommend strategies and tactics for promotional products to drive customer engagement.
- Aid in the annual sales meeting strategies and training effort.
- Participate in marketing planning including market landscape analysis, and leadership presentations.
- Partner with communications to create and implement social media promotion and content to email campaigns, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Will travel up to 20% of the time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- The Marketing Manager will have 4+ years of experience in promotional marketing.
- Ability to interpret data and create written content for use with clinicians.
- Excellent problem solving skills, analytical and strategic thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with cross functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Teams and Power Bi
