Responsibilities:
- The Manufacturing Meat Manager is responsible for all meat cutting operations
- Oversees the operation of staff and ensures all SSOP, HACCP and GMP standards
- Responsible for scheduling, production planning and product presentation
- Understands all SSOP, HACCP and GMP standards to ensure product quality
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Meat Management or Retail Meat Management experience
- Must have previous experience in Meat Manufacturing
- Understands all SSOP, HACCP and GMP standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
