Responsibilities:
- Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information.
- Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards, and resolving problems.
- Installs, troubleshoot plc equipment, inspects, repairs, and maintains the electrical, mechanical, and other related systems.
- Operating and testing systems and equipment, restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty parts.
- Inform workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques, monitoring compliance.
- Follow the safety protocols
- Be able to construct parts in a fabrication shop us
- Having great knowledge of the quality initiatives for food
Requirements:
- Trade School, Tech School, military training
- Maintain working area and all equipment in clean, safe, working order.
- Basic electrical, hydraulics, pneumatic, electrical, strong mechanical maintenance troubleshooting skills on PLC, conveyers, and other process equipment
- 5 years of mechanical experience knowledge of robotics preferred
- Good at using hand tools and working with updated computer technology.
