Responsibilities:
- Diagnose any equipment or equipment malfunctions
- The ability to work rotating shifts on weekends and holidays as needed
- Inspecting and lubricating equipment as preventive maintenance. This will involve Tear down, replace, repair, install, and assemble equipment, parts, components, and accessory functions
- Adhering to safety guidelines and regulations by completing are required training and wearing safety equipment while being on the duty
- Will help plan and perform all maintenance and repair operations necessary to keep plant property, equipment, machinery, and tools in good operating condition so equipment is running accordingly
- Adjusting mechanisms which would include power input, output, feed and speed capabilities
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience troubleshooting, installing and repair heavy machinery equipment
- High School Diploma required
- Previously worked within a manufacturing environment
- Experienced using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Highly skilled with dealing with precision alignment of motors, couplings, bearings, and pumps
- Hands on experience troubleshooting issues with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors
- Proficient in repairing and troubleshooting pneumatics systems and hydraulics
- Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts that involves holidays, weekends and nights
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in reading blueprints
