Responsibilities:
- Confirm all the ingredients and pre-weighed materials.
- Use forklifts safely to move finished goods and raw material.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
- Pre weigh ingredients
- Create batches for fluid fill lines per batch and in particular order.
- While auditing must be able to use scales and thermometers.
- Ensure the effectiveness and purity of the product and process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED along with 1-3 months of related experience or training is required.
- Must be able to interpret and read documents like operating and maintenance instructions, safety rules, procedure manual programs.
- 1-2 years of OTC experience and personal care bulk manufacturing experience or process-oriented manufacturing experience is desired.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be able to create reports and correspondence.
- The ability to communicate with other personnel is required.
- Must have good Mathematical skills.
- Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have basic computer skills, like excel, email and be able to use software
