Responsibilities:
- Managing regional or divisional managers nationwide.
- Attend conferences to stay updated on the latest sales techniques.
- Set sales goals based on market data, trends, and statistics.
- Oversee the sales objectives, goals, and revenue for all teams and sales personnel under their supervision.
- Evaluate marketing strategies, address any shortcomings, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Recognize and reward high-performing sales team members.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Manage and allocate sales budgets effectively.
- Develop and implement sales procedures and policies.
- Approve and oversee large client contracts.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential business partners and clients.
- Create and deliver presentations for business partners, corporate executives, and shareholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

- Sales experience required.
- Experience managing multiple accounts.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Demonstrated ability to increase sales.
- Adept at negotiations.
