Responsibilities:
- The Oilfield Dispatcher will schedule work crew, drivers, and equipment to appropriate locations.
- Assist management with resolving issues with delivery routes or customer service.
- Relay accurate information to crew members, emergency personnel and management.
- Keep an organized desk and record system with things such as Customer requests, completed work orders, complaints, inventory records, and work orders.
- The Oilfield Dispatcher will use two-way radios, telephone, and text messaging to contact employees.
- Prepare daily work schedules.
- Will dispatch torque & test, guzzlers, and vacuum trucks.
- Stay in communication with assigned companies.
- Other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High School or GED
- Must have experience in oilfield industry.
- Required to have Dispatch experience.
- Able to work a 12-hr. shift.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
