RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have thorough knowledge of the GPO, healthcare industry, large community oncology systems, and “business of oncology
- Must be able to effectively communicate financial contracts, rebates, & discounts
- Must be experienced with the presentation of financial contracts to decision makers at the highest levels of large oncology organizations
- Must be able to interpret financial data of the healthcare industry and develop strategies to overcome financial issues that are identified
- Must be able to interpret industry trends and competitive information & develop strategies and tactics to respond to marketplace changes
- Must have knowledge of strategic and consultative selling techniques
- Must have existing relationships with financial decision makers in the community oncology setting
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must have relevant experience working with GPO contracts
- Must have relationships within community oncology organizations
- An ideal candidate will lead a launch and manage/develop a team of 6 key account managers
- Must have Direct launch experience
- Must have field management experience
