RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse supervisors, coordinators, and associates, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in the distribution center.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on operational performance, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Ensure all operational activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of distribution center and warehouse experience is required.
- Computer experience including ERP, Microsoft Excel/Word, and the ability to learn in-house systems.
- In-depth understanding of logistics and distribution processes, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within a warehouse environment.
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills and outstanding communication ability.
