- Supervising various departments such as manufacturing, scheduling, supply chain, and
- production planning, while fostering continuous improvement activities.
- Managing site capacity during growth phases and taking full responsibility for operational costs,
- focusing on reducing quality-related expenses to enhance profitability
- Adhering to and advocating for safety and quality standards (ISO9001 and AS9100), and
- ensuring the creation and upkeep of essential manufacturing documentation.
- Executing operational strategies to support client business units and cultivating a strong, skilled
- operations management team to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing discipline
- Strong knowledge in the production of optical/photonics
- At-least 7 years' experience in Operations Management
- Expertise in overseeing and executing site capacity growth, with a commitment to leveraging KPIs for enhanced site performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- Responsible for significant business operations, and the ability to use manufacturing excellence as a lever for competitive advantage and sustained growth.
- In-depth knowledge of quality systems and design control, coupled with a strong inclination towards process enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives
