Job Description

Responsibilities
- To execute and monitor the IQ/OQ/PQ/Cleaning validation of the packaging equipment
- Maintain and ensure compliance to packaging schedule
- Oversee that both product and production are in CGMP compliance
- Help hire and train new workers on your shift, contribute to budgets and performance reports, and maintain a proper supply of inventory at the facility
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with QA workers to ensure there are no issues with packaging.
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 3rd Shift role
- Minimum of 5 plus years’ experience in high volume manufacturing
- Deep knowledge of packaging management
- 5 plus years of leadership experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
- 5 plus years of hands-on experience with Packaging equipment
