Responsibilities:
- Maintaining open lines of communication with all staff members
- Creating schedules and running reports
- Working independently or with a team to ensure tasks within the garage location gets done promptly
- Working with the Hotel General Manager and Director of Residency
- Greet customers as they enter and exit parking facilities in a professional manner
- Drive, park, and retrieve vehicles in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
Requirements:
- 5 years of valet management experience within the Parking Industry
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Has a valid Driver’s License
- Providing great customer services when dealing with clients
- Highly skilled to drive both manual and automatic vehicles and pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicle.
- Able to work in all types of weather conditions
