RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement measures to effectively manage product support, walk-in and rental sales.
- Maintains awareness of all products.Â
- Hire and train staff to perform daily tasks.
- Provide performance feedback and conducts performance reviews.
- Determine the need for salary adjustments.
- Cultivate human resource procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage budget to ensure optimal financial results.
- Develops and implements operational procedures.
- Analyze customer loyalty survey results.
- Foster a customer service culture that achieves optimal customer satisfaction results.
- Plans and schedule short and long-term requirements on equipment.
- Communicate with various product/service lines to support customer needs.
- Cultivate sales, rental and product support strategies.
- Establishes sales and profit objectives.
- Ensures objectives are met or exceeded.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales desired.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Administrative experience required.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of DBS and CRM/Sales Link
- Some travel may be required.
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
