RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must clean the dispensing room after the completion of dispensing as per SOP.
- Must set up the dispensing room as per SOP's and production Batch Record.
- Must document all the set up and cleaning in the logbook.
- Must dispense the required approved raw material/packaging material from the warehouse as per SOP and Production Batch Record.
- Must Check expiry and retest date of all material before dispensing.
- Must make sure all paperwork is complete and accurate throughout and after dispensing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Operator
