RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the plant’s maintenance operations, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
- Supervise and develop a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and performance support for optimal team effectiveness.
- Analyze maintenance metrics to reduce downtime and enhance productivity, troubleshooting and coordinating repairs for critical systems.
- Oversee the maintenance department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations by managing expenses and resources efficiently.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and promoting safe work practices.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of new or replacement machinery, maintaining equipment readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using CMMS and lean practices to optimize maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
Salary – 90k-100k Â
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
- Must have 10 years of experience in plant maintenance, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and maintenance best practices.
- OSHA certification and relevant maintenance certifications are a plus.
