Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical. We have a nationwide client base and offer services in temporary and direct hire placements.
Responsibilities:
- Sets production and processing objectives
- Maintains the plant and equipment in the facility to meet government compliance requirements
- Run a production and processing that is cost effective and efficient
- Submits reports to management and employees of the operation of the facility.
- Trains staff in certain areas of the operation
Requirements:
- Must have 7 years of Food Processing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Agriculture related is preferred will except experience.
