RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of production, quality control, safety, and maintenance within a single facility operating multiple shifts.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that safety, product quality, cleanliness, and maintenance standards align with Company expectations.
- Coordinate the scheduling of production and maintenance activities.
- Partner with the Dispatch team to ensure customer demands are fulfilled efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Work with the Area Sales Manager to address any facility-related concerns, including problem-solving and support for new product development and research.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven expertise in operating, troubleshooting, and repairing automated electro-mechanical and electro-pneumatic production machinery.
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining high-quality standards, especially for aesthetically focused products.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing setting. Experience in the concrete products industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems.
- Commitment to continuous improvement of the facility and its processes.
- Ability to ensure product consistency across operations
- Knowledge and experience in the concrete industry.
- Familiarity with Siemens S5, S7, and PLC systems.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with P&L management and cost control.
